The TileWarmTM DIY energy efficient electric radiant floor heating system by Speedheat comes complete with EnergyStar SmartStatTM smart digital thermostat, continuity monitor(s), and exclusive SecuraMat protective membrane for added protection during installation. The SecuraMat protective membrane can only be used with Speedheat heating systems due to the ultra-thin element wire, which is less than 1/16-inch in diameter. The UL-listed and NEC-compliant heaters are 100% safe, waterproof, and emit no RF/EMR. GFCI-protection with a full ground surround ensure complete safety from burning or electric shock, and the patented, self-regulating element is never hot to the touch. Can be used in showers and other wet areas, as well.
